Windows 2000 Splash
Windows 2000 is pretty much the same as Windows ME, but far more stable. Still I won't be really covering anything here.

The desktop is pretty much just Windows ME combined with NT 4.

Internet Explorer is now permanently welded onto Windows NT as well. Windows NT 4 was devoid of the IE virus (unless you installed IE).
