Fedora 12 KDE Installer
The installer is standard, but yet it somehow also managed to cause the desktop folder to screw up it's transparency.

Fedora 12 KDE Removable Devices
Devices can be ejected and safely removed by using that little icon next to the K Menu.

Fedora 12 KDE Shutdown
Of course, the many shutdown options of Fedora/KDE.

Fedora 12 KDE Prompt
When selecting one, this prompt appears. Much like MacOS.

Conclusion:
Fedora 12 with the KDE desktop is much more usable than the GNOME version. It looks more like Windows and doesn't have all the bugs of GNOME.
